77 covers more ground than its size suggests: PouchMart stocks 29 of them, from 5.2mg Melon Mint up to the 20mg Ghost Mini cans, with most of the range settled at 10.4mg. The flavours lean sweeter than the category norm — cola, salted caramel, bubble gum — alongside the usual mints and berries. Fast, discreet shipping right across Canada.

More about 77
What strengths does 77 come in?
Four figures appear on 77 cans here: 5.2mg, 10.4mg, 15.6mg and 20mg. The 5.2mg pouches — Melon Mint, VB Edition Spearmint Salty and VB Edition Arctic Berry Light — sit in low strength, and they are genuinely light, well under half the strength of the main line.
That main line is 10.4mg and takes in most of the collection — Ice Mint, Freeze Mint, Peppermint, Cola Cherry, Watermelon Ice, Blueberry Ice, Grape Ice, Salted Caramel, Bubbly Fizz and Sour Bliss among them — all in the strong band. Above it, Forest Fruits 15.6mg is extra strong, and the five 20mg pouches — Ghost Mini Original, Cola Ice, Bubble Gum and Mango, plus VB Edition Mini Arctic Berry — are ultra strong. Note that 77 skips the 6–10mg middle entirely: nothing sits between 5.2mg and 10.4mg, which is a larger jump than it looks.
Five cans — Classic Tobacco, Fresh Mint, Tropical Mint, Forest Fruits and Strawberry — carry no printed figure in their name. They are logged as strong, but check the product page before treating them as equivalent to 10.4mg.
What is the VB Edition, and what are Ghost Minis?
The VB Edition is 77's collaboration with the Finnish Formula One driver Valtteri Bottas — four cans here: Arctic Berry at 10.4mg, Spearmint Salty and Arctic Berry Light at 5.2mg, and Mini Arctic Berry at 20mg. Arctic Berry is the signature flavour and appears at three strengths, which makes the edition unusually easy to move up or down within.
Ghost Mini is the other sub-line: four small-format pouches, all at 20mg. The mini format keeps them discreet despite being the strongest pouches 77 makes.
What flavours are available?
Sweet and soda-led profiles are the brand's signature: Cola Cherry, Cola and Vanilla, Ghost Mini Cola Ice, Bubbly Fizz, Sour Bliss, Salted Caramel and Bubble Gum. Nothing else on the shelf covers that ground as thoroughly. The mint side is conventional and well built — Ice Mint, Freeze Mint, Peppermint, Fresh Mint, Tropical Mint, Melon Mint and Peach and Mint — and sits beside the rest of our mint range. Fruit covers Watermelon Ice, Blueberry Ice, Grape Ice, Strawberry, Raspberry Vanilla and Forest Fruits. Classic Tobacco is the one tobacco-flavoured pouch here.
Which 77 should you start with?
If you have not used pouches before, start at 5.2mg — Melon Mint or VB Edition Arctic Berry Light — and stay there a week or two before considering the 10.4mg line. The gap between those two is the biggest step in the range.
If you already use pouches around the 10mg mark, go straight to 10.4mg and pick on flavour instead; Ice Mint and Cola Cherry are the two most reordered. For a comparable brand with more mint variants at similar figures, VELO is the closest match.
