Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., who provide us the online e-commerce platform to sell our products.

You understand your content (excluding credit card info) may be transferred unencrypted and involve changes to conform to technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

SECTION 6 – BILLING & ACCOUNT ACCURACY

We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping details and to update your account information promptly.

SECTION 7 – AGE RESTRICTIONS & VERIFICATION

You must be of legal age (18+) to purchase nicotine products. We reserve the right to request age verification before shipping. Any fraudulent orders placed using false age declarations will be canceled without refund.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched.

You may request cancellation only if your order has not been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pouchmart.ca with photo evidence. Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund.

SECTION 9 – SHIPPING

All shipping times are estimates. We are not liable for delivery delays due to customs, import controls, or carrier issues. You are responsible for being present to receive and sign for packages. Undeliverable or unclaimed parcels will not be refunded due to product perishability.

We may provide access to third-party tools or websites. We are not responsible for their content, functionality, or privacy practices. Use them at your own risk.

SECTION 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
