Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and dispatched. Please read the details below carefully before making a purchase.
Damages and Issues
We take great care to ensure all orders are packed safely and shipped in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@pouchmart.ca so we can evaluate the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
Please include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label with your message. We may offer a replacement or refund if the claim is verified.
Non-Returnable Items
All of our products, including nicotine pouches and snus, are classified as perishable goods and personal care products. This means they cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened or not.
For this reason, we do not accept returns under any circumstances, even if the product is unopened.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible at support@pouchmart.ca. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refunds
We only offer refunds in the case of verified damage or incorrect items received. If your claim is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@pouchmart.ca.
