PABLO Ice Cold 24mg

PABLO Ice Cold 24mg is an ultra-strong tobacco-free nicotine pouch with an intense mint and menthol profile and a heavy icy finish. Each pouch delivers 24mg of nicotine, and PouchMart ships it across Canada in single cans, 10 Packs and 3 x 10 Packs.

What does PABLO Ice Cold taste like?

The name is accurate. Cold arrives before anything else — a hard menthol chill that fills the mouth in the first few seconds — and a sharp peppermint sits underneath it. There is very little sweetness in the way, which is why the cooling reads as clean rather than confected, and the chill holds for a long time rather than fading after the opening minutes.

Within the mint family this is at the extreme end. A spearmint or a cool-fruit pouch is a mild experience by comparison. If you already buy ice-branded pouches from other labels and find them tame, this is the direction you are looking for. If you are used to fruit flavours, the jump in cooling intensity is significant.

How strong is PABLO Ice Cold?

Each pouch contains 24mg of nicotine. On the PouchMart scale that falls in the ultra-strong tier.

Our bands run: low (under 6mg), medium (6–10mg), strong (10–14mg), extra strong (14–20mg) and ultra strong (20mg and above). At 24mg this is comfortably past the threshold — a high-strength pouch intended for experienced adult users, though not as extreme as the Pablo Exclusive line, which sits considerably higher again.

If you already use pouches in the high teens without difficulty, this is a reasonable next step. If not, start further down: the strong strength range covers most regular users, and the extra strong range is the sensible stage before anything at this level.

How do you use a nicotine pouch?

1. Take a single pouch from the can.
2. Place it under your upper lip, against the gum.
3. Leave it in position — no chewing and no spitting.
4. Expect a tingle within the first minute; with this much cooling it is immediate.
5. Remove and dispose of the pouch afterwards — most cans have a compartment in the lid.

One pouch at a time, and the cold is at its peak early on.

Why choose PABLO Ice Cold?

• Serious cooling — among the most intense menthol sensations in the range.
• 24mg per pouch — ultra strong, without going as far as the Pablo Exclusive line.
• Dry, clean mint — minimal sweetness, so the chill stays the focus.
• Long-lasting chill — the cold holds rather than dropping off quickly.
• No smoke, no vapour — tobacco-free and used entirely under the lip.

Which pack size should you order?

Take the 1 Can option if you have not used PABLO before — the cooling level is strong enough that it is worth confirming you enjoy it. The 10 Pack is the standard reorder for people who have settled on Ice Cold as a daily pouch. The 3 x 10 Pack - Best Value Option is the cheapest per can and makes sense for regular, high-volume users. Stock is shared across all three pack sizes, so the availability figure shown on this page is the true one.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the strongest PABLO pouch?

No. Ice Cold is 24mg per pouch. The Pablo Exclusive range goes considerably higher, so this is the more moderate option within the brand.

Will the cooling burn?

Some users describe intense menthol as a burning sensation in the first minute. It settles quickly. If that is not for you, a gentler mint is the better pick.

Does it contain tobacco?

No tobacco leaf. These are all-white pouches containing nicotine, plant fibre and flavouring.

Can I take a pouch out and put it back later?

Not practically. Once a pouch has been used it has released most of its flavour, and it is designed as a single-use item.
