Iceberg Berries 20MG

Iceberg Berries 20MG is a tobacco-free nicotine pouch built on a sweet, faintly tangy berry blend, carrying 20 mg of nicotine per pouch. PouchMart ships it across Canada in single cans, 10 Packs and 3 x 10 Packs.

What does Iceberg Berries taste like?

Sweet berry with a tang running through it — enough acidity to keep the flavour from sitting flat, but not so much that it turns sour. It reads as mixed berry rather than any one fruit stepping forward, and the release is steady across the session instead of front-loaded. That steadiness is what makes it workable as an everyday flavour rather than an occasional one.

Compared with Iceberg's bubblegum and raspberry-gum options, Berries is the less candied choice — fruit rather than confectionery. Compared with a mint pouch it's obviously sweeter, with no cooling on the finish. If you want something in the ultra strong tier that doesn't taste like either mint or sweets, this is the middle path.

How strong is Iceberg Berries?

Each pouch contains 20 mg of nicotine, which sits in the ultra strong tier on the PouchMart scale.

The scale runs low (under 6mg), medium (6–10mg), strong (10–14mg), extra strong (14–20mg) and ultra strong (20mg and above). Twenty milligrams is the entry point of the ultra strong band — the lightest rung of the heaviest tier, but still a substantial pouch by any measure.

This is for adults who already use high-strength pouches as a matter of routine. Anyone below that level should build up rather than start here: the strong strength range and then the extra strong range are the proper sequence, and both carry berry flavours if that's what you're after.

How do you use a nicotine pouch?

1. Take a pouch out of the can.
2. Place it under your upper lip, resting against the gum.
3. Leave it alone — no chewing, no spitting.
4. A tingle usually turns up in the first minute as flavour and nicotine release.
5. Remove it when you've finished and dispose of it; most cans include a compartment in the lid for used pouches.

Use a single pouch at a time — nothing needs preparing first.

Why choose Iceberg Berries?

• Sweet with a tangy edge — the acidity keeps a sweet flavour from becoming monotonous.
• Steady release — the flavour holds its level rather than peaking and dropping away.
• 20 mg per pouch — the opening of the ultra strong tier, for experienced adult users.
• Fruit, not candy — a less confectionery option than the gum-style flavours in the Iceberg range.
• Tobacco-free and discreet — no tobacco leaf, no smoke, no vapour.

Which pack size should you order?

The 1 Can is the sensible test if you haven't had an Iceberg pouch before, since both the strength and the pouch feel are worth assessing before you commit. The 10 Pack is the ordinary restock for someone already using ultra-strong pouches daily, and the 3 x 10 Pack - Best Value Option brings the per-can cost down furthest for anyone buying a long stretch at once. Stock is shared across all pack sizes, so the availability figure shown here is the real one.

Frequently asked questions

Which berries does it taste of?

It's a blend rather than a single fruit — sweet with a tangy lift, without one berry dominating the others.

Is Iceberg Berries cooled?

No. There's no menthol, so the finish stays fruity rather than fresh.

Can I use this every day?

Plenty of people in the ultra strong tier do. Whether it suits you depends on your existing tolerance — 20 mg is not a casual strength.

Does it contain tobacco?

No. These are all-white pouches containing nicotine, with no tobacco leaf in them.

Will the flavour outlast the pouch?

The berry flavour generally holds through most of a 30 to 60 minute session, easing off gradually towards the end.

For adult nicotine users only. Nicotine is an addictive chemical.
