77 Ice mint 10.4mg

77 Ice Mint 10.4mg is a slim, tobacco-free nicotine pouch built on intense mint with a cooling icy finish. Each pouch holds 10.4mg of nicotine, and PouchMart ships it across Canada as a single can, a 10 Pack or a 3 x 10 Pack.

What does 77 Ice Mint taste like?

Clean, hard mint with a cold edge. The flavour arrives immediately and the cooling builds on top of it over the first minute, so the sensation is as much about temperature as taste. There is no sweetness propping it up and no fruit note hiding at the back — this is mint on its own terms.

It is the reference point most people judge other pouches against. Set against the fruit flavours in the 77 range it is sharper, drier and far more cooling. If you have been using berry, grape or caramel pouches and want something that resets the palate rather than coating it, this is the one to reach for.

How strong is 77 Ice Mint?

Every pouch contains 10.4mg of nicotine, which puts 77 Ice Mint in the strong tier.

PouchMart groups strengths as: low (under 6mg), medium (6–10mg), strong (10–14mg), extra strong (14–20mg) and ultra strong (20mg and above). At 10.4mg this is at the entry point of the strong band — above medium, and some distance below the heaviest pouches we stock.

Worth knowing: a strong cooling sensation can make a pouch feel more intense than its nicotine figure alone suggests. If you are new to pouches, that is a reason to begin in the medium strength range rather than here. Experienced users chasing something heavier should look at the extra strong collection.

How do you use a nicotine pouch?

1. Take a single pouch from the can.
2. Place it under your upper lip, against the gum.
3. Leave it where it is — pouches are not chewed and nothing is spat out.
4. Expect a tingle within the first minute as the mint and nicotine begin to release.
5. Remove and dispose of the pouch when you have finished; most cans include a lid compartment for used pouches.

One at a time, straight from the can.

Why choose 77 Ice Mint?

• Serious cooling — the ice element is the point, not an afterthought.
• No sweetness — a dry mint profile that does not coat the mouth.
• 10.4mg per pouch — strong-tier nicotine in the most neutral flavour in the range.
• Leaves a clean finish — the reason many people default to mint over fruit.
• Slim and tobacco-free — no tobacco leaf, no smoke, and nothing visible under the lip.

Which pack size should you order?

Ice mint is the most reliable first purchase in the 77 range — most people already know whether mint works for them — so plenty of customers go straight past the 1 Can option. The 10 Pack is the everyday order, and the 3 x 10 Pack is the lowest cost per can, which matters most on a flavour you will use daily. All three pack sizes share one stock pool, so the availability figure on this page is the accurate one.

Frequently asked questions

How cold is 77 Ice Mint?

Strongly cooling. The chill builds over the first minute and stays present for most of the session, which is what distinguishes an ice mint from a plain mint pouch.

Is it peppermint or spearmint?

It reads as a clean, sharp mint with a cooling finish rather than a soft, sweet spearmint. Expect crispness rather than creaminess.

Does 77 Ice Mint contain tobacco?

No. It is an all-white, tobacco-free pouch containing nicotine but no tobacco leaf.

Is a strong cooling pouch a good place to start?

The cooling takes some getting used to, and at 10.4mg this is a strong-tier product. A medium pouch is a more forgiving introduction if you are new to the format.

How should the cans be stored?

Somewhere cool and dry with the lid closed. Refrigerating them helps the pouches keep their moisture and their cooling effect for longer.

For adult nicotine users only. Nicotine is an addictive chemical.
