Iceberg Black Mint 20mg

Iceberg Black Mint 20mg is a tobacco-free nicotine pouch with a dark, heavily cooled mint flavour — deeper and less sugary than a standard peppermint. Each slim pouch holds 20mg of nicotine. PouchMart ships it across Canada in single cans, 10-packs and 3 x 10-packs.

What does Iceberg Black Mint taste like?

Black Mint is the darker end of the mint family. Where a spearmint pouch tastes sweet and green, this one runs cooler and more austere — a concentrated mint with a real cooling bite behind it and very little sweetness getting in the way. The chill arrives quickly and holds at a steady level rather than spiking and collapsing.

If your usual pouch is a fruit flavour, this will feel like a hard reset: clean, cold and stripped back. If you already live in the mint category, Black Mint is the version to try when ordinary peppermint has started feeling mild. It is not a dessert or soda-style flavour and makes no attempt to be one.

How strong is Iceberg Black Mint?

Each pouch carries 20mg of nicotine, which places Black Mint in the ultra-strong tier on the PouchMart scale.

Our bands run low (under 6mg), medium (6–10mg), strong (10–14mg), extra strong (14–20mg) and ultra strong (20mg and above). At 20mg this product sits at the start of the top band. The intense cooling can make the nicotine feel even more pronounced than the figure suggests, particularly for anyone stepping up from a milder pouch.

Experienced adult users will find it manageable. Anyone newer should come at mint from lower down — the medium strength range is a far more forgiving place to learn what suits you.

How do you use a nicotine pouch?

1. Remove one pouch from the can.
2. Position it under your upper lip, flat against the gum.
3. Leave it — there is no chewing and nothing to spit out.
4. A tingle typically appears within the first minute; with a mint this strong the cooling shows up fast.
5. Remove and dispose of the pouch when you're done. Most cans have a compartment in the lid for used pouches.

Use one pouch at a time — nothing needs activating first.

Why choose Iceberg Black Mint?

• A darker mint profile — deeper and drier than the usual peppermint or spearmint.
• Serious cooling — the chill is the point, and it holds rather than fading in minutes.
• Low sweetness — suits anyone tired of sugary flavours.
• 20mg in the ultra-strong band — a firm release for experienced adult users.
• Slim and tobacco-free — discreet under the lip, with no smoke or vapour.

Which pack size should you order?

Mint is the category most people order repeatedly, so if you already know you like a hard cooling pouch the 10 Pack is a reasonable first move. If you're comparing Black Mint against your current mint, 1 Can is enough to judge it. The 3 x 10 Pack is the best value per can and makes sense once it has become your default. Stock is shared across all three pack sizes, so the availability figure shown is the true one.

Frequently asked questions

How is Black Mint different from regular mint?

It is darker and colder. Less sweetness, more cooling, and a heavier finish than a standard peppermint pouch.

Is the cooling uncomfortable?

It is strong, and noticeably so in the first few minutes. People used to intense mints tend to find it settles into a steady chill after that.

Does Iceberg Black Mint contain tobacco?

No. It is an all-white pouch containing nicotine, with no tobacco leaf, smoke or vapour.

How long should I keep a pouch in?

Around 30 to 60 minutes is typical. The cooling is most pronounced early and eases gradually.

Can I use these where smoking isn't allowed?

There is nothing to light and nothing to spit, so they work in situations where smoking or vaping isn't practical. Follow whatever rules apply to the venue you're in.

For adult nicotine users only. Nicotine is an addictive chemical.
