CUBA WHITE Tropical Fruit 10.4mg

CUBA WHITE Tropical Fruit 10.4mg is a strong, tobacco-free nicotine pouch built on a blend of tropical fruit — sweet, juicy and refreshing rather than tied to one single fruit. Each slim pouch holds 10.4mg of nicotine, and it ships across Canada from PouchMart in single cans, 10 Packs and 3 x 10 Packs.

What does CUBA WHITE Tropical Fruit taste like?

This is a blend, and it behaves like one. No single fruit dominates — instead you get a layered mix of sweet tropical notes that reads as "holiday drink" more than as mango or pineapple specifically. The finish is refreshing rather than cloying, which is what keeps it usable for more than one or two pouches in a row.

Against a mint pouch there's no contest: this is sweetness and fruit, with no cooling at all. Against single-fruit pouches it's less defined but more rounded — some people prefer a blend precisely because it doesn't get boring the way one loud note can. If you've been alternating between mint and fruit, this is the fruit end of the shelf done properly.

How strong is CUBA WHITE Tropical Fruit?

There is 10.4mg of nicotine in each pouch. On the PouchMart scale, that is the strong tier.

Our bands are: low (under 6mg), medium (6–10mg), strong (10–14mg), extra strong (14–20mg) and ultra strong (20mg and above). Sitting at the bottom of the strong band, 10.4mg suits adult users who use pouches routinely and want a dependable everyday level rather than something punishing.

New to this? The medium strength range is the better place to start. Already comfortable here and wanting more? Look at the extra strong collection.

How do you use a nicotine pouch?

1. Take one pouch out of the can.
2. Tuck it under your upper lip so it rests against the gum.
3. Leave it in place — no chewing, no spitting.
4. A tingle appears within the first minute as flavour and nicotine start to release.
5. Take it out when you've finished and dispose of it — most cans have a lid compartment for used pouches.

Use a single pouch at a time; nothing needs shaking, warming or activating first.

Why choose CUBA WHITE Tropical Fruit?

• A blend, not a single note — layered tropical fruit that stays interesting across a can.
• Sweet without being heavy — the finish is refreshing rather than syrupy.
• Strong at 10.4mg — a realistic everyday strength for regular adult users.
• Slim pouches, low drip — comfortable enough to forget about while you work.
• Tobacco-free and vapour-free — nothing to light, nothing to exhale.

Which pack size should you order?

A single can is the low-commitment way in, and fruit blends are worth sampling before you commit — everyone reads them slightly differently. The 10 Pack covers a regular user for a good stretch, and the 3 x 10 Pack - Best Value Option is the keenest per-can price we offer on this flavour. All three pack sizes pull from the same stock, so the availability shown on this page is genuine.

Frequently asked questions

Which fruits are in the blend?

CUBA doesn't break the blend down by fruit. What you taste is a combined tropical profile — sweet, juicy and refreshing on the finish — rather than one identifiable fruit.

How does it compare to CUBA's mint flavours?

Completely different. There's no cooling sensation here at all; this is a sweet fruit pouch from start to finish.

How long should I keep a pouch in?

Around 30 to 45 minutes is typical, with the flavour strongest in the early part of that window.

Do the pouches need refrigerating?

No, but a cool dry spot with the lid closed keeps them at their best. Some people refrigerate their cans to preserve moisture for longer.

Do you ship this across Canada?

Yes. PouchMart ships nationwide with fast, discreet shipping across Canada.
