VELO Berry Frost 10 mg (PK)

VELO Berry Frost 10 mg is a tobacco-free nicotine pouch built on a mixed berry blend — raspberry, blueberry and blackberry — finished with cooling menthol. Every pouch holds 10 mg of nicotine in VELO's slim format, and PouchMart ships it across Canada as a single can, a 5 Pack or a 3 x 5 Pack.

What does VELO Berry Frost taste like?

Three berries do the work here. Raspberry brings the tartness, blueberry the rounder sweetness, blackberry a darker edge underneath. They read as one blended flavour rather than three competing ones. Menthol arrives at the back of each draw and gives the finish a clean, cold snap that resets the palate between pouches.

Compared with a single-fruit pouch — strawberry, watermelon, grape — Berry Frost is less sugary and more layered, closer to dark fruit than candy. Against a straight mint it is obviously fruit-forward, with the cooling used as a finish rather than the main event. It's a good pick if you find pure mint monotonous but still want that cold close.

How strong is VELO Berry Frost?

There is 10 mg of nicotine in each pouch, which puts Berry Frost in the strong tier on the PouchMart scale.

For context, the full scale runs low (under 6mg), medium (6–10mg), strong (10–14mg), extra strong (14–20mg) and ultra strong (20mg and above). Ten milligrams is the floor of the strong band, so this is a substantial pouch without being an extreme one.

It suits an adult who already uses nicotine pouches routinely and wants more than a starter strength delivers. If you have not used pouches before, the low strength and medium strength ranges are the right places to begin — there is no advantage to starting high.

How do you use a nicotine pouch?

1. Lift one pouch from the can.
2. Tuck it under your upper lip, against the gum.
3. Leave it alone. Chewing and spitting are not part of it.
4. Expect a tingle within the first minute as the flavour and nicotine release.
5. Take it out when you're finished and bin it — most cans have a lid compartment for used pouches.

Use one at a time. There's nothing to shake, press or prepare.

Why choose VELO Berry Frost?

• A three-berry blend — raspberry, blueberry and blackberry instead of a single flat fruit note.
• Menthol on the finish — cold enough to feel clean, mild enough to leave the fruit intact.
• 10 mg per pouch — strong tier, aimed at established adult pouch users.
• Discreet slim pouch — barely visible in use and comfortable for a full session.
• No tobacco, no smoke, no vapour — usable where lighting up or vaping isn't an option.

Which pack size should you order?

A 1 Can order is the low-commitment way to test whether the berry blend works for you. The 5 Pack makes sense once Berry Frost is a fixture rather than an experiment, and the 3 x 5 Pack - Best Value Option is the cheapest per can for anyone stocking up properly. All three pack sizes draw on the same pool of stock, so the availability number shown on this page is the real one.

Frequently asked questions

How is Berry Frost different from a plain berry pouch?

The menthol. A standard berry pouch stays sweet from start to finish; Berry Frost closes cold, which keeps the sweetness from building up.

How long does one pouch last?

Most people keep a pouch in for roughly 30 to 60 minutes. Flavour peaks early and tails off gradually across that window.

Is 10 mg too much for a first pouch?

For most beginners, yes. The strong tier is better reached after some time on medium-strength pouches.

What is the best way to store the can?

Somewhere cool and dry with the lid shut. Refrigerating the can helps the pouches keep their moisture and flavour for longer.

Can you use a pouch with a drink?

Yes. Eating and drinking while a pouch is in is fine, though hot drinks can shorten how long the flavour lasts.

For adult nicotine users only. Nicotine is an addictive chemical.
