Pablo Gold 17mg Kiwi

Pablo Gold Kiwi is a tobacco-free nicotine pouch with a sweet, tangy kiwi flavour and a steady release. Each pouch contains 17mg of nicotine, which sits in the extra strong band. PouchMart ships it across Canada as a single can, a 10 Pack, or a 3 x 10 Pack.

What does Pablo Gold Kiwi taste like?

Kiwi is a green flavour before it is a sweet one, and that is what comes through here — fresh, slightly grassy, with a zing of acidity running through the middle. The sweetness is moderate and clean rather than syrupy. What people tend to notice is how consistent it stays: the release is even across the pouch instead of peaking hard and dropping away.

Single-fruit pouches live or die on whether the fruit is recognisable, and this one clearly is. Set against Tropical Punch it is more specific and less sugary; set against passion fruit it is gentler and less sharp. It works well for anyone who wants a fruit pouch they can use through a whole day without the flavour becoming tiring, which sweeter blends sometimes do.

How strong is Pablo Gold Kiwi?

Every pouch holds 17mg of nicotine — the extra strong tier.

PouchMart's bands run low (under 6mg), medium (6–10mg), strong (10–14mg), extra strong (14–20mg) and ultra strong (20mg and above). At 17mg the strength here is well above the middle of the catalogue, and the mild flavour should not be mistaken for a mild pouch — the two are unrelated.

Experienced adult users who already sit in the mid-to-high teens will find this straightforward. Anyone else should start in the medium strength range and progress through the strong strength pouches before coming back to it.

How do you use a nicotine pouch?

1. Take one pouch out of the can.
2. Place it under your upper lip, resting on the gum.
3. Leave it alone — pouches are not chewed and nothing is spat out.
4. A tingle normally shows up within the first minute as the pouch starts working.
5. When you are done, take it out and dispose of it; most cans have a used-pouch compartment in the lid.

Use one at a time, and there is nothing to prepare before you do.

Why choose Pablo Gold Kiwi?

• A recognisable single fruit — green and fresh rather than a generic tropical blend.
• Even release — the flavour holds steady instead of spiking early and fading.
• Moderate sweetness — easier to use all day than the sugar-heavy fruit pouches.
• Extra strong at 17mg — substantial strength behind an understated flavour.
• Tobacco-free and all-white — no leaf, no smoke, no vapour.

Which pack size should you order?

Kiwi is not a flavour many people have tried in pouch form, so a single can is the low-risk way to find out whether it suits you. Its evenness makes it a common choice for a daily pouch, and daily pouches are exactly what the 10 Pack is for. The 3 x 10 Pack is the best value option per can and is worth it once kiwi has earned a permanent place rather than a trial one. Inventory is shared across all three sizes, so the stock figure displayed is the true one.

Frequently asked questions

Does it actually taste like kiwi?

Yes — green, fresh and slightly tangy rather than a vague tropical sweetness. It is one of the more specific fruit flavours in the range.

Is it sweeter or sharper than the passion fruit edition?

Gentler on both counts. Passion fruit is the sharper and more intense of the two.

Can I use this as an all-day flavour?

Many people do, because the sweetness is restrained. The 17mg strength, however, is a separate question — judge that on your own tolerance.

Does the pouch need to stay in for a set time?

No. Thirty to sixty minutes is typical, but you can remove it whenever you want to.
