Iceberg Raspberry Gum - 20mg

Iceberg Raspberry Gum is a tobacco-free nicotine pouch that folds tangy raspberry into a sweet bubblegum base. Each pouch delivers 20 mg of nicotine, and PouchMart ships it across Canada in single cans, 10 Packs and 3 x 10 Packs.

What does Iceberg Raspberry Gum taste like?

Bubblegum underneath, raspberry on top. The gum base supplies the sweetness and the familiar chewy-candy character; the raspberry cuts across it with a tart edge that stops the flavour from becoming one-note. That tartness is the whole reason this works — a plain gum flavour can get heavy over a long session, and the fruit keeps pulling it back.

Against Iceberg's straight bubblegum pouch, this is the sharper and more interesting of the two. Against a plain berry pouch, it's clearly more confectionery — raspberry sweet rather than raspberry fresh. And against anything mint, it sits at the opposite end of the shelf entirely: no cooling, no clean finish, just sweet and tangy from start to end.

How strong is Iceberg Raspberry Gum?

Each pouch holds 20 mg of nicotine, placing it in the ultra strong tier on the PouchMart scale.

For reference, the tiers run low (under 6mg), medium (6–10mg), strong (10–14mg), extra strong (14–20mg) and ultra strong (20mg and above). Twenty milligrams begins the ultra strong band — a heavy pouch, and one that assumes you already know how you handle high strengths.

The candy flavour makes this easy to underrate, so treat the number rather than the taste as your guide. Adults newer to pouches should start in the medium strength range, then move through the strong strength range before considering anything at this level.

How do you use a nicotine pouch?

1. Take a single pouch from the can.
2. Place it under your upper lip, against the gum.
3. Leave it undisturbed — no chewing and nothing to spit out.
4. You'll notice a tingle within the first minute as flavour and nicotine start releasing.
5. Remove and dispose of the pouch when you're finished; most cans have a lid compartment for used pouches.

One pouch at a time, particularly at this strength.

Why choose Iceberg Raspberry Gum?

• Two flavours doing different jobs — bubblegum for sweetness, raspberry for tartness.
• Doesn't flatten out — the fruit edge keeps the sweetness from building up over a long session.
• 20 mg per pouch — ultra strong tier, for adults with an established tolerance.
• Discreet in use — no smoke, no vapour, nothing to spit, nothing visible.
• Tobacco-free — nicotine with no tobacco leaf involved.

Which pack size should you order?

Take the 1 Can first if you're deciding between this and Iceberg's plain bubblegum — the raspberry makes more difference than you'd expect, and a single can settles it. The 10 Pack is the standard order once you've chosen, and the 3 x 10 Pack - Best Value Option is the cheapest per can for anyone buying several weeks at a time. All pack sizes share the same stock, so the availability figure displayed on this page is the accurate one.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from Iceberg Bubblegum?

Raspberry Gum adds a tart fruit layer over the gum base. The plain bubblegum pouch is sweeter and simpler; this one has more contrast in it.

Is the raspberry sharp or sweet?

Tangy rather than sour. It's there to balance the gum, not to take the flavour in a sour direction.

Are these snus?

No. They're all-white nicotine pouches — tobacco-free, with no tobacco leaf and nothing to burn or spit.

Is 20mg a sensible strength to start at?

Not for a first pouch. The ultra strong tier is somewhere to arrive at gradually, not to begin.
