ICEBERG Black Medium - 20mg

ICEBERG Black is a tobacco-free nicotine pouch with a deep, rich flavour and 20 mg of nicotine per pouch. It's the least sweet option in the Iceberg range, and PouchMart ships it across Canada as a single can, a 10 Pack or a 3 x 10 Pack.

What does ICEBERG Black taste like?

Dark and full rather than bright. Where the rest of the Iceberg line runs to berries, bubblegum and mint, Black goes the other way — a deeper, more rounded flavour with very little sugar carrying it. The result is closer to something you'd sip than something you'd chew, and it's noticeably more restrained than a fruit pouch from the first minute onward.

If your rotation is built on sweet flavours, expect this to taste serious by comparison. If you've grown tired of fruit and find mint too clinical, Black occupies the gap between them. It's the sort of flavour that tends to make sense to people who have been using pouches for a while and want something with more weight to it than a candy profile can offer.

How strong is ICEBERG Black?

Each pouch contains 20 mg of nicotine. On PouchMart's scale that places it in the ultra strong tier.

Our tiers are low (under 6mg), medium (6–10mg), strong (10–14mg), extra strong (14–20mg) and ultra strong (20mg and above). At 20 mg this opens the ultra strong band — a heavy delivery that suits adults with a settled tolerance and no one else.

If you are working your way up the scale rather than already at the top of it, move through the tiers in order. The medium strength range is where most people should begin, and the extra strong range is the sensible rung immediately below this one.

How do you use a nicotine pouch?

1. Take one pouch from the can.
2. Tuck it under your upper lip so it sits against the gum.
3. Leave it in place — there's no chewing and nothing to spit.
4. A tingle typically arrives within the first minute as the flavour and nicotine release.
5. Remove the pouch at the end and dispose of it — most cans have a compartment in the lid.

One pouch at a time, used straight from the can.

Why choose ICEBERG Black?

• Low on sweetness — a rare thing in a category where nearly everything is either fruit or mint.
• Deep, rounded flavour — more body than a fruit pouch, less clinical than a menthol one.
• 20 mg per pouch — ultra strong tier, for experienced adult nicotine users.
• A break from flavour fatigue — useful when the sweet options have stopped registering.
• Tobacco-free — nicotine without tobacco leaf, smoke or vapour.

Which pack size should you order?

Black is the Iceberg flavour people are least likely to have tried before, so the 1 Can is genuinely the right first order — a darker profile divides opinion more than a berry one does. The 10 Pack follows naturally if it lands well, and the 3 x 10 Pack - Best Value Option is the lowest cost per can for anyone who has made it a regular. Stock is shared across all three pack sizes, so the availability number shown on this page is the true one.

Frequently asked questions

How does Black compare with the other Iceberg flavours?

It's the least sweet of them. Where Berries, Bubblegum and Raspberry Gum lead with sugar, Black leads with depth.

Is there any mint in it?

No. There's no cooling agent, so the finish stays warm rather than fresh.

Would you recommend it to someone new to pouches?

No. At 20 mg it's an ultra strong pouch, and the flavour is also an acquired one. Start further down the scale.

How long does one pouch last?

Around 30 to 60 minutes for most users, with the flavour strongest in the earlier part of that.

What's the best way to store a can?

Cool, dry and closed. A fridge helps the pouches hold moisture if you're keeping several cans at a time.

For adult nicotine users only. Nicotine is an addictive chemical.
