Iceberg Bubblegum Medium 20MG

Iceberg Bubblegum 20MG is a tobacco-free nicotine pouch with a sweet, classic bubblegum flavour and a heavy nicotine load. Each pouch contains 20 mg of nicotine, and PouchMart ships it across Canada as a single can, a 10 Pack or a 3 x 10 Pack.

What does Iceberg Bubblegum taste like?

Old-fashioned bubblegum — the pink, sweet, slightly fruity flavour most people can recall without trying. It's nostalgic on purpose. There's no cooling agent involved, so the sweetness runs unbroken from the moment the pouch goes in, and the release stays smooth and even rather than spiking early and vanishing.

Set against the mint end of the shelf, this is the opposite pole: warm, sweet and confectionery-led with nothing fresh about the finish. Set against a berry or watermelon pouch, it's more obviously candy than fruit. It's a useful flavour for breaking up a mint-heavy rotation, though anyone who wants a clean palate at the end of a session will prefer something cooled.

How strong is Iceberg Bubblegum?

Each pouch holds 20 mg of nicotine, placing it in the ultra strong tier on the PouchMart scale.

Our tiers are low (under 6mg), medium (6–10mg), strong (10–14mg), extra strong (14–20mg) and ultra strong (20mg and above). Twenty milligrams is where the ultra strong band opens — a serious delivery that assumes an existing tolerance.

The sweet flavour is worth flagging here, because a candy taste can make a pouch feel gentler than it is. This one isn't. If you have not been using high-strength pouches comfortably, start much lower — the medium strength range is the sensible entry point, with the strong strength range as the step after that.

How do you use a nicotine pouch?

1. Take one pouch from the can.
2. Set it under your upper lip so it rests on the gum.
3. Leave it there — no chewing, nothing to spit out.
4. You'll feel a tingle within the first minute as flavour and nicotine begin releasing.
5. Remove the pouch afterwards and dispose of it; most cans have a compartment in the lid for used pouches.

One pouch at a time is the rule, and it matters at this strength.

Why choose Iceberg Bubblegum?

• A flavour almost nobody else makes at this strength — bubblegum is usually reserved for lighter pouches.
• 20 mg per pouch — the opening of the ultra strong tier, for experienced adult users.
• Smooth, even release — consistent from the start of the session through to the end.
• No cooling — pure sweetness, with nothing menthol cutting across it.
• Tobacco-free — no tobacco leaf, no smoke, no vapour.

Which pack size should you order?

Bubblegum at ultra strength is a specific combination, so the 1 Can is the right first order even for experienced users — it tells you whether the sweetness holds up at this level. The 10 Pack is the standard restock once you know it does, and the 3 x 10 Pack - Best Value Option gives the lowest per-can price for anyone buying in bulk. Stock is shared across every pack size, so the availability number displayed is the accurate one.

Frequently asked questions

Is the bubblegum flavour overpowering?

It's forward and unmistakable, but the release is even rather than sugary-sharp. If you like bubblegum, it delivers; if you don't, it won't grow on you.

Is there any mint or cooling in this pouch?

None. It's a straight sweet flavour with no menthol.

Does a sweet flavour mean a gentler pouch?

No, and that's worth remembering. At 20 mg this is an ultra strong pouch regardless of how it tastes.

Does it contain tobacco?

No. It's a tobacco-free pouch containing nicotine, with no tobacco leaf and nothing to burn.

How long does a pouch last?

Usually somewhere between 30 and 60 minutes. Flavour peaks early on and softens across the rest of the session.

For adult nicotine users only. Nicotine is an addictive chemical.
